I would try and stay away from PE drugs if you can. It is possible to learn control. A lot of guys feel that they can-t and don-t have any control over it, but this is not true.
PE is often a learned or very deeply sub-conscious response. It can also have a viscous cycle where the fear of PE actually causes PE. The guy loses confidence and then it happens again a becomes a repeat pattern.
Premature Ejaculation (PE) drugs or creams, work to numb the penis and reduce sensation. The idea being, that the less sensation you have in the tip of the penis, the longer it will take you to orgasm and ejaculate.
This can be problematic because you may actually lose the ability to gain an erection, or alternatively, because it numbs your sensation then you have trouble understanding your bodies signals and ‘come’ too quickly anyways. Orgasm and ejaculation is not simply caused by stimulation alone, there are a lot of psychological factors involved as well.
Another down side of some of the pills and creams is that it can rub off onto your partner and cause them to become a little bit numb as well, and also lose some sensation and therefore pleasure.
I’ve heard that Indian God Potion is ok but I don’t know, I wouldn’t really trust my little guy to deal with chemicals… it is very sensitive tissue and a notoriously difficult area to heal.
You could just try a traditional method such as;
-the “safety” (release the pressure before a sexual encounter yourself) or
-two condoms (still not great, especially if you are not using condoms with your partner)
You can definitely learn Peak Sexual Control and the ability to last for hours without drugs or creams.
There is no such thing, and this is a myth. It is only real for people who are clueless and selfish.

Secondly, Pre-mat ejac.... has more to do with ur brain and very little with ur body. many of the guy when tensed and depressed fail to get due erection and ejaculate in semi erection..... and u would have realised that when u are happy ur sex duration increases... its natural..
there are no drugs for it.
