I need to know if getting head can clean up any possible pre-ejaculation that is on the penis. thank!

Why don-t you do an experiment?
Take a hot dog and put a dollop of mayo or mustard on the tip of it, then go off on it like you would during fellatio and see what happens to the mayo/mustard.
Sure, oral sex will get anything that has come out of the penis. But pre-ejaculation will continue to come out even after the oral sex is over.

Although it feels all like one blended act, the orgasm actually comes first. Orgasm is when you build up and peak ( when its the most intense) then the ejaculation happens right after the peak which is the decent of the orgasm.
If you keep stroking and touching the head throughout, then yes they will come at almost the same time.

I myself reach a point of orgasm but not to point where I feel anything, let out my sperm, and then keep stroking. It feels a lot better because you-re ejaculating when your balls are already emptied, and it almost hurts to the point where it actually feels a hell of a lot better, and actually lasts longer too.

The ejaculation/orgasm turns us off, finishes us up. We are not finished until we ejaculate. So it means the same thing.
