Drop of urine after pee / weak ejaculation? -
My doctor said my prostate was inflamed a few months ago ( after DRE )
since then my symptoms have improved for the most part.. but for a while now, after I pee, like a minute later another little drop of urine seeps out of my urethra.. this especially happens if I -milk- the urethra a bit. This never used to happen to me.. (unless it did and I just wasnt focused on it) but I dont think it did..
Also for a while now, my ejaculations just kind of ooze out.. instead of shooting out like normal.. this leads to a less pleasurable orgasm.. its like the same build up feeling of excitement, but then it feels like at the last second it just -decelerates- and i dont get that big pay off feeling when it shoots out.. it sucks..
is this caused by an irritated/inflamed/infected prostate gland?
Will it ever go away? do I need medication? ive been trying to stay away from alcohol, spicy food, caffeine like my doctor said.

Use a condom, the thicker the better. Also, just try slowing it down or asking her to switch positions, this should buy you some time.
there are creams that can desensitize your penis so that you can last longer... also when you feel you are about to ejaculate and you want to last longer... put the end of your thumb over the end of your penis (like when you hold a pop bottle in your hand and put your thumb over the end to shake it up) there is a pressure point there that will stop the ejaculation while keeping your erection. doing this regularly will help teach your body to have more control and eventually you won-t need to use your thumb.

It-s a lot about the state of mind first of all. Second, you can buy thing-s, for instance a Penis Ring, that could possibly help. Check out your local adult shop. As far as oils, gels and sprays... no experience there, but I think those are a scam.

Just the right amount of alcohol can work. You have to experiment to find out exactly where that is for you. or those funny smelling cigarrettes-if you catch me-are supposed to keep you roaring like a bull.
Of course I guess its just depends on how bad you case is.
