I am a 52 year old male. For the past several years, my ejaculation has been extremely thick. I have a Hypertrophic Cardiomyopothy, and am on several meds (Verapomil, Licinopril, Spironolacto). Could any of these meds be causing it? the thickening of my sperm did seem to occur shortly after I was diagnosed and began treatment tor HCM.

yes, 2 minutes is not enough mate...

Do not worry about size, there is nothing can or should do except be happy with what you have. As for the premature ejaculation, that is only because you are not experienced enough with oral sex, so if you keep receiving it, you should begin ejaculating like normal in no time. Anal is also similar, you are probably inexperienced with it and ejaculate too fast. Again practice will make you ejaculate normally with with time.
