my bf has this problem and it is really bothering him and of course it is bothering me too, i mean somtimes it does not even last 10 minutes!!!!! help

Try any of the desensitizing creams...if you can-t find any, mix some nupercaine with vaseline...heavy on the vaseline...(or he won-t feel a thing)....using a condom with some lubricant inside will also slow him down...less sensitivity because of the lubricant.

I haven-t personally had a problem with ejaculating too soon, but, the advice that he should -get one off beforehand- usually is a good idea. - 2nd time around for me usually takes 3 or 4x as long as the first one.
In my love life, we usually work on oral sex to completion for the first go-round, so that the -penetration- can be longer.
