I would not say related but they can happen as symptoms steming from other issues. such possiblities of bph, or prostate ca. if you have a weak urine flow, get up two to three times a night to urinate along with those you need to see your doctor and get a psa and exam.....

yes, there are medicines available. any kind of opiate pain killer will delay it. And also doctors have even prescribed a SSRI (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor) ex. zoloft, lexapro, prozac, etc. to treat this condition. This can even lead to the exact opposite problem, the inability to achieve orgasm, so dont take too much. But i think you would rather last an hour than 10 seconds..;)
