Premature Ejaculation: Start Stop method? -

Premature Ejaculation: Start Stop method? -

the most common treatment for PE seems to be practice of the Start Stop method, which is stimulating the penis until you feel that you are about to blow and then holding off until control is regained and then repeating. However on all websites that describe this technique, it says to repeat this process 3 to 4 times and to carry out the last stimulation to ejaculation. But I was wondering if instead of going through to ejaculation, would it be more beneficial to keep repeating this process as many times as desired and then just stopping afterwards without carrying through to ejaculation? It seems that would be a more effective way because you are exposing yourself to more sexual stimulation and training your body not to ejaculate, gaining better control, but all websites instruct to carry through to ejaculation at the end and I-m not sure if there are other factors to be considered.

I can-t see any reason for not doing it more than 4 to 5 times - you should be able to continue as long as you can stand it. It may be an idea to build up from the 4 to 5 times, to get your body used to it.
I-ve used this method and gone on for well over an hour, but tend to get a bit sore towards the end. Make sure you have plenty of lube.
Hope this helps.
There are actually numerous ways to control this premature ejaculation. I-ve always discussed Kegel Exercises. Im very big on them. They will strengthen your muscles that contract the penis during orgasm and ejaculation. By strengthening these muscles, you will have better control over your ejaculation, and better at identifying when you will ejaculate. You can also do the pinch method, which is where either you or your female partner grasp the tip of the penis, right below the head, with the index an thumb fingers in the -ok- symbol, like making a circle, and squeezing so you do not ejaculate. Although you may be thinking this would hurt, it actually doesn-t. As for continuing until you do not ejaculate, you will cause pain in the testicles. You need to let it out with all that stimulation. This is where the term -blue balls- refers to. You do not actually discolor the testicles from this, but it could cause slight pain and sensitivity to the testes.
It-ll help you control your stimulation during sex, that-s a given. It could put a strain on your testicles, though, because the constant increase and decrease could be a bit too much for your body to handle sometimes. I did it before, but couldn-t keep doing it because it began to make my thing ache.

Just do what you think is best.
This method works really well for me. One time I lasted over an hour.
Ask the girl which she prefers :]
