How do you control ejaculation? help please
There is no such thing as premature ejaculation. Your woman is just too slow!
You can-t really, you have to know your limitations. When you are about to ***, (if you are by yourself) stop and wait a few seconds, I was told that putting your hands over you head kinda stops it a little, but you don-t want to be throwing your hands up in the air when you are with a girl!
But it is almost un controlable once you reach a certain point.
When you think you will ejaculate soon, hold and put pressure on your shaft for 10 seconds. This will delay it. I saw that somewhere on the internet. This will also help a lot: Keep at least a 3 day gap between consecutive ejaculations.
theres nothing you can really do about that. when it happens you cant really control it, because your sexually excited. just enjoy it while it lasts.
Stop jacking off so much...it helps, I know.
