can a guy ejaculate without having an orgasm or do they both always go together?? also, if a guy pulls out and THEN ejaculates, what does that mean? (not using pulling out as a method of birth control)... does this mean he didnt have an orgasm? or what?

If you ejaculate then you have had an orgasm, whether it is inside or out. It should be associated with the same feelings regardless, but I-m a woman and of course this is all theory.

Okay, when he -pulls it out- and ejaculates. thats okay, it-s getting any urination out of the penis. It-s Pre Mature Ejaculation. It-s perfetcly fine and natural. And yes the orgasm and ejaculation do come hand in hand. But the male doesnt have an orgasm during the Pre Mature Ejaculation.

I appreciate any honest advice a professional could offer. My MD hasn-t offered much.

Ever since I was about 16(before I ever had sex with a woman), from time to time (about every 4-6 months/avg) I experience a strange side effect from ejaculation. I am now 31 and married, and it still happens sometimes whether I masturbate or am with my wife. There appears to be no rhyme or reason as to when it occurs.

Basically, soon after ejaculation I feel the intense need to urinate combined with pain in my prostate area. The pain is only relieved by sitting on toilet and relaxing my bladder and rectum. There is a slight burning sensation in my urethra, which passes within an hour or so.

Even after emptying my bladder the pain persists, as does the feeling I need to urinate more and the discomfort in my prostate area. I usually just camp out sitting on the toilet for about 20 minutes until the sensation passes.

No STD-s. Wife has no STDs.

The discomfort in your prostate area I am not sure about. But I think I may have a clue as to your ejaculation problem. Some guys have a very high acid ratio in their ejaculate. It could be that your semen just has a bit more acid in it at these times. I have not researched it but you may be able to help that by drinking more water.

As far as the prostate is concerned...that is some serious **** right there. I would recommend you go see a different doctor. You should not have any pain in your prostate.

The burning sensation when urinating after ejaculating is probably urine coming contact with sperm left in your ureathra. Urine will kill sperm and I sometimes get the same thing. As far as the discomfort in your prostate, I would suggest seeing a proctologist or urologist for further inspections or tests.
well yd it start when u were 15 if everything was normal when u were 15 something must have happened when u were 16
get a second opinion it sounds like a problem with your prostate, you should get them checked every year or you could develop prostate cancer, then you can say good-bye to the boys and future children...
That could be a strain on your sphincter muscle. It is the muscle that controls your urination and your ejaculation. When you sit on the toilet and relax, you are also relaxing that sphincter muscle. I-ve had it happen to me when I try to prolong ejaculation too long or if I ejaculate too often. BTW, that same muscle contracts when you have a bowel movement. -Squeeze- and you will feel it now.

Im 21 years old, I have always had premature ejaculation since I can remember, I have a girlfriend that I have been with for 3 years and she doesnt mind because I am able to continue right after. I need a way to stop it for my personal preference. I dont want to hear about sprays and stuff. If anyone knows how to really fix it please help me. And also I go after about 3 seconds of penetration so I dont know if that will help with a cure. please help

If she-s happy, don-t let it get to you. It-ll never go away. You-ll always have to work around your biology. You can go round two, and masturbating ahead of time and wearing a condom both can slow it down. And be a MASTER at oral sex, since most women will only climax through direct stimulation.

Try masturbating ahead of time. This will slow you down and make you last longer. You could also use a condom which will decrease sensitivity. Make sure you do a lot more foreplay first because she should come first.
maybe worry about it a bit less and it might go away...
maybe have a w**k a few times a week to take the pressure away

ive checked several things out eliminated any STDs since i havent had sex in a while and i got tested. besides there are no weird discharges form the penis. also no bumps or break outs. just it feels like im penaly constipated dont no if that makes sense but it feels like something is blockin the outward flow from the testes or from the bladder. i also eliminated any type of stones blocking the urethra, as that is usually associated with pain. also there is no pain or burning when i urinate it kind of soothes the itching. its not alot of itching either, just like after ejaculation it itches for a bit.so i was thinking bacterial infection. i dont wanna go see a doc yet coz i dont have any insurance rite now so can ne one help with a diagnosis

U ever try to piss and *** at the same time? It-s ******** impossible! Found that out at 14 and was amazed...
Be sure to pee after ejaculating. The urine will clear the urethra of any leftover semen which is most likely to cause itchiness.
There is such a thing as a narrow urethra. However you might just be over thinking things.
