I want to add something to this question...lets say the penis does not go in the girl...but at some point he touches the penis, while it is -precumming- and like 2 seconds later he touches inside the girl...is the sperm able to survive and will that make her pregnant? :S

Let me explain: Precum has very little, if any sperm, so all by itself the chances of getting a girl pregnant is virtually zero. Say you masturbated or your girl got you off earlier in the day, it is highly possible that you still have sperm from that in your peeter-tube. That liquid is pre-ejaculate and yes, it can cause a girl to become pregnant. It is a perfectly normal function so as to make copulation easier. But one must be very careful because the sperm can do its job at that point also.
