Tell your doctor; there is medication that can help (Zoloft). Once the medication begins to help (4-6 weeks on average) then you can begin doing some exercises that will delay the ejaculation process. If your problem is severe, it will be difficult to practice the exercises with out using medication. Once you get things under control, you can gradually come off of the medication.
