I have been with my girlfriend for 8 months and sex has always been incredible. I have never had any problems with staying power until last night, then again this morning..

she says it-s fine but I feel so embarrassed.

Why is this happening suddenly?

i don-t know but it happens to my fiance once in a while and it helps like if he still cuddles with me and plays with me a little bit afterwards. just because your done doesn-t mean she is just make sure she-s happy and then it won-t matter when you come. oh and if you continue to worry about it happening again then it will.

There are many possible reasons: over zealousness, too much alcohol, being stressed, having sex for the sake of it rather than for true passion/love and being unfit and out of shape. You need to exercise a bit more and abstain from sex a week or two then you will get back to your old self.
speaking from a girl-s point of view... i like it when a guy does that from time to time. It makes me feel like i-m so hot he can-t help himself! better that than he can-t get it up at all.. more to work with, if you get me :)
don-t worry about it maybe it is just a temporary thing also the more embarrassed you are the worse it will get.

Maybe you arent doing it as frequently as usual? Or you guys are trying some new things that are getting you to that point sooner. And sometimes it JUST HAPPENS. Sometimes a guy goes early and sometimes he stays late. =)
If it continues a low dose of an SSRI antidepressant can halt premature ejaculation in its tracks!!!

Hopefully knowing there is medication, will ease your anxiety.
it-s probably just an isolated incident don-t dwell on it and don-t worry about it or it will repeat and become a problem just enjoy your sex life and forget about this

I am pharmacist.
I think one TRAMADOL 50 MG TABLET 2-3 hrs before intercourse is the best choice .

any way i will try it...........and hope it doesnt kill me

i am clinical pharmacist.
For best result ;
Take 75mg tramadol tab. 3 hrs before and 50mg sildenafil(viagra) 0.5 hr before intercourse.
This way is safe if u havnt any heart problem or mental disease.
I sure that is good enough can CAUSE E-MAIL ME TO PRESCRIBE AN OINTMENT FOR (YOUR KNEE SORE)!!

My recent discovery was that an antidepressant can aid in premature ejaculation. I work for a urologist and had a patient with the same problem and a low dose anti depressant took care of it…Ask your doctor…

After ejaculation today, I noticed my abdomen started to feel sore fast (like I had to use the toilet) and when I touched my balls, they hurt like hell!

The pain-s 98% gone (after a couple of hours), but I-ve never had anything like this before. And I know it-s not an STD or anything (virgin). But now, I-m scared to do it again, for fear of this happening.

Would this be a case of blue balls, or would this be something else?

Drink plenty water; could be just a muscle spasm. Wait couple of days and see if hurtsagain when you do it. If it still does, sorry bud, you gotta talk to your parents/doctor.

I-ve a little bit concern about my sexual life. It is about an early ejaculation during mate time with my wife. I admit that Im agressive and my organ got easily erective (sensitive). In our traditional believes that if you have a mole in your penis, tendecy that your sexually sensitive person. I would put on something that cuts or dull sensations (like Num-Z-Dent) to allow you to last longer WHILE you retrain yourself to hang around
an easy way to do this was explained on a tv show i dont remember it but ill tell you anyway. they said right before your about to ejaculate, stop yourself, and pleasure her with a toy or something else. then when your ready try again and keep repeating this stop-n-go cycle until both of you have reached a climax. she will be satisfied and by the time you get to ejaculate, your climax will be even stronger.
