I have been with my girlfriend for 8 months and sex has always been incredible. I have never had any problems with staying power until last night, then again this morning..
she says it-s fine but I feel so embarrassed.

i don-t know but it happens to my fiance once in a while and it helps like if he still cuddles with me and plays with me a little bit afterwards. just because your done doesn-t mean she is just make sure she-s happy and then it won-t matter when you come. oh and if you continue to worry about it happening again then it will.

There are many possible reasons: over zealousness, too much alcohol, being stressed, having sex for the sake of it rather than for true passion/love and being unfit and out of shape. You need to exercise a bit more and abstain from sex a week or two then you will get back to your old self.
speaking from a girl-s point of view... i like it when a guy does that from time to time. It makes me feel like i-m so hot he can-t help himself! better that than he can-t get it up at all.. more to work with, if you get me :)
don-t worry about it maybe it is just a temporary thing also the more embarrassed you are the worse it will get.

Hopefully knowing there is medication, will ease your anxiety.
it-s probably just an isolated incident don-t dwell on it and don-t worry about it or it will repeat and become a problem just enjoy your sex life and forget about this
