I randomly get pain in my lower abdomen, testicles and have burning urination for 20 -30 min after ejaculation? -
I also feel pressure in the region of the prostate. It feels like a bladder infection as I feel I need to urinate but nothing will come out. After 20-30 minutes it goes away. Totally random but only after ejaculation.You need to see a Urologist for evaluation.
I hate to tell you this but I had a male friend with the same symptoms. Turns out, he had chlymidia. Got it treated with one round of antibiotics and he was back in the game, though.
see a doctor man don-t wait but my guess is it is probably a UTI (urinal tract infection) I had one nothing too serious just drink some cranberry juice and take some medicine get well soon man=D
Don-t see a urogologist. If it isn-t a urinary problem, they usually send you somewhere else. See your regular doctor. It sounds like an STD. Do freak yet, get it checked and if it is, let all your partners know so they can get checked as well. I hope this helps. Good Luck!!
