Erection at any age. But erection and ejaculation is only after puberty.

I personally know of a 86 year old man who has a adequate erection and some ejaculation, he was a patient of mine before I retired. As the other gentleman mentioned with the advent of Viagra, an otherwise healthy man of 100, should have no problem with an erection.
Who knows, with Viagra out there. Find a 100-year old guy and drop one in his tea, and let us know what happens.
