Almost every man experiences premature ejaculation from time to time. This will slow down your rate of excitement but also slow or stop your problems with PE. You will last much longer than if you are full of it and overly excited. Prior to sexual intercourse...bring yourself to climax. This will get the initial over with and then you should last longer when the time comes.
Practice, practice, practice, either with your partner(s) or solo, it will take time, so hopefully the woman, or man, who is suffering from your PE issue will be understanding

take TRAMADOL 50 MG 3 hrs before intercourse and viagra 50 mg tablet 1 hr before.

I had it I just tried masturbating everyday misc amounts (me once a day at least) and make sure no matter what not to miss a day and mine is now gone basically the more you masturbate the more time it takes

To control ur ejaucaltion level u need to do some excercises like masturbation with out ejacualtion,u masterbate and when it comes to the climax divert ur mind to some other things repeat this cycle few times in a day.samething u need to do while urinating dont let the flow go at once.make it in a few times pee release pee release pee release.this will help u in controling ur premature ejaculation.it did work for me and it happend with other fellows i know.u try it and i know u will b able to control ur premature ejaculation and i wish u good luck.
