It is not controllable you can-t hold it that is impossible but you can train to help stop it before the time actully hits
it-s unhealthy to hold it in. it-s called an EJACULATION for a reason...to eject stuff that-s supposed to be ejected. if you don-t want a mess go into a sock of something. i-m guessing you-re talking about masturbation by the way you spell your words.
Well there are two veins on the base of the penis and when held right before ejaculation it can stop it, but I do not recommend this because when you do this semen can stick to it when it can soon cause a blockage making semen harder to come out.
You cannot prevent ejaculation unless you do the stop and go method. But when you get to the point of no return let it shoot out. If you are worried about making a mess on your bed, place a towel or an old rag on your bed.
