Dear there are 3 broad categories of medicines that are used in treatment of Premature ejaculation
First are SSRI category which are class of Antidepressants which are used when the associated anxiety level of patient is very high. These takes around 3 months to show the results
Second are Topical Medicines like Local anaxtheitcs which are used to retard the Hyper sensations
Third are Herbal conbination. These have to be selected very carefully for there properties and results. I personally find that if selection is good then they give better results than above 2 categories of medicines
