Okay, so I-m 19, and when I used to jack off when I was 12-16 or so my penis would be hard for at least a couple of minutes AFTER the sperm came out. Nowadays, my penis starts shrinking - and pretty fast too - while the sperm is actually coming out.
Is this normal? Should I be concerned?

Just getting used to solo sex, (i.e. getting bored) probably need to change your routine to keep yourself more stimulated and get a harder erection.

when we are younger the blood flow to the penis is better
as we get older its not quite a strong
