Hi All, When ejaculate I come within minute and I know that I do it hard and fast. Is it going to be the same when I will have real sex? I am in my late 30s. I appreciate your comments on this.

when you feel like your going to ejaculate you should just stop and spread your arms out like a T for a minute then keep going. you can do this as long as you have the will power. do the same when your having sex, but also change positions often. you will end up having really strong orgasm if you can perfect this technique. Another thing you could look into desensitization lubes and condoms that have desensitization lubes in them they also prolong sex.

Generally if you have more sex it will be easier to last longer. Also when you are -helping yourself out- you stop just before you finish and then start again and repeat that for a while. this helps to train your muscles to last longer. It sounds corny but sometimes thinking about non sexual things will help out too. on a given night i cant go past two rounds. its not that after the first round i dont get an erection, no. everything works normal but the spirit of the penis dies down before ejaculating making me experience pains the following day because of too much pumping. at first i thought maybe im used to my wife so i decided to go outside marriage. it worked in the first encounter but things turned the way they were in the second trial with the same partner. im afraid of trying to check the situation by moving from one partner to another. i have a son and a wife that i love alot and i dont want to loose this marriage. is it a disease and if so can it get treatment, please help.

See a doctor and ask them. I-m sure that you aren-t the only one. Not to mention, you may be on certain medications that are hindering your um... -performance- ;P

It could be that you are just having anxiety performance as well. I recommend just talking to your doctor about it. It-s probably nothing serious, but it could be something to do with your bloodflow or you-re having negative reactions to medications.

First of all, stress can cause improper ejaculation. Looking outside of your marriage to figure out what-s going on doesn-t seem to add up. Why not talk with your wife and go to a doctor? Why did you cheat to figure out a physical issue? It sounds like there is more going on than you are letting on to.
