i am 60 years old... and for the past 10 years.. ejaculation takes forever even porn doesnt help speed it up...i have no trouble getting hard and staying hard ..are there any meds or something to take to inhance this ... have tried viagra that seems to make it worse

A lot of guys have this experience. You are more (or were at some point) used to sex and the actual feel of sex etc. So ejaculation takes longer due to several factors i.e. mind wandering, feel or sensation. This is not something you need a drug for. If you can still do it at 60, I wouldn-t go changing things.
