I am 23. I think i suffer from premature ejaculation. I ejacualte in 3-10 strokes even during masturbation, even faster during sex. Many suggestes its mental and go well after i have regular sex. I am afraid since premature ejaculation even during masturbation? do i need some medical cure?
If you say that you ejaculate in 3-10strokes then i am sure that you must have tried all the possible ways to over come it and failed.
PE treatment is not that simple. We have to first reduce the anxiety of the patient then we normally train them in ejaculatory control exercises along with the medications to reduce the severity of the condition

OMG! no such theory and that is not scientific proof out there.
but frequent masturbation can become a habit which i perosnally feel is not a good sign. instead channel all these energy into making your girlfriend happy and spending more time with her would be better.
also, learn the techniques to make yourself last longer in bad and give your girlfriend prolong orgasm and she will be ahppy and love you more.. hehe..
