see a doctor to solve the problem, if you do not wish to see a doc, then I would suggest you masturbation half an hour to one hour before having the actual foreplay and follow by intercourse. This can help you to have longer time with your partner.
Just relax and pay attention to your body. Pay attention to how it feels to approach orgasm. You should be able to feel your body give signs a few minutes before you actually orgasm. I had the same problem as u but now after searching on the net and combining the information on the web sites i found a training which might be good for u.
First of all u have to know how much time do u take to ejaculate 2-3 min.Then u have to put a target for ur self to reach eg: 10-20- 30 min as u like.then try this exercise:
1- Put to ur self some points:
0- no erection at all.
1-4 Erection increasing.
5-7 full erection.
8 having a nice feeling.
9 point of no return.
now take a stopwatch and go to the bathroom and do this exercise:
First get some erection, then begin stroking ur penis slowly at the beginig, then make it a little faster after a while.
keep on stroking and in ur mind that ur penis is very strong he ejaculates after 10-20-30 mins as u like,and keep on stroking it with average speed untill u reach point 8 but try not to reach point 9.
When u reach point 8 stop and take deep breaths in and out for 1min or 1 and half min untill ur penis returns to points from 0-4
then start stroking again and do the same again.
Dont keep on doing this no just 2 times meaning (Stroke till point 8 then relax then back to point 8 then relax and thats it)
Note: Do not ejaculate during this traing and do not masturbate alot.eg: just once every two weeks.
Do this once a day or twice according to ur time.

The results of this trainig with me
1st day i lasted for 6 min
2nd day i lasted for 10 min 30 s
3rd day i lasted for 13 min
all these records were recorded with the break in the middle.
Remmember do not ejaculate.
