It-s not your problem I think it-s his problem I think that he must get so horny when he is having se*x that he just comes really quickly. It might be a case of premature ejection whitch is common in alot of guys. Their are alot of masturbation techniques that he can do to stop Premature ejection. You should ask him about it.
