after I ejaculate, i may continually have a clear fluid inside my penis. what do you think it could be?

It-s probably normal depending on how long it last. The last little bit of fluid can take a while to get out, since:
1. Everything in there is slightly swollen from the excitement.
2. Your body is not shooting it out like when you ejaculated. it-s just draining.
As a precaution get your doctor to check your prostate the next time you see him. But, I-ll bet nothing is wrong.
