Sexual activity calls for pressure to inflate his organ and the physical activity also places strain on his blood pressure. If he is getting headaches this could indicate pressure on the brain and that can be dangerous. Get it checked out. If blood pressure on the brain is the problem it can be controlled with a very cheap medication.

also i would suggest calling a doctor as this can also be a sign of an impending stroke. it may be nothing at all but why risk his life and lets face it none of us are doctors here.
talk and snuggling may be an issue, heard some guys just kidna tired out afterwards
however sex - including in women - gets the blood flowing because theyre rather large veins aroudn that areas to get blood into your legs and feet alogn with other parts (other parts mostly men) and cuases some blood pressure to go up in turn can cause a headache
be careful with headaches becasue headaches can be from blood blockage or other stuff related to diseases

My bf is having this same problem. After intercourse he has a bad headache. He tells me it is because he gets so excited and the longer he waits for intercourse it builds up the pressure and it is intense like an explosion and that it sort of resonates everywhere.
Too long of a time and check his blood pressure.
See doctor immediately, he might have a circulatory problem, or suffer from high blood pressure.... Good Luck
