Lengthen the ejaculation time? -

The Exercises




Week 1 – Simply alternate between exercise one and two. Example, if you start on a Monday do exercise 1, Tuesday do exercise 2, then on Wednesday go back to exercise 1.




Exercise 1)

Step 1) of this exercise is to stroke your penis with a dry hand (Yours or your lucky partner-s). Relax, and take note of every sensation that occurs in your body, especially your penis. This is the key to every exercise you-ll learn. I cant stress this enough, become aware of your body. Continue stroking until you feel close to ejaculation (level 8). At this level come to a complete stop and release your hand from your penis. Relax, take a few deep breaths and allow your penis to subside




As your penis subsides you should experience the descending levels of 8,7,6,5 and so on. Allow 3-4 minutes of relaxation until you proceed to Step 2.




Step 2) begin stroking your penis with a dry hand. Once you feel yourself at the level near ejaculation, stop. With your fingers - thumb pinch the head of your penis. Pinching so that your thumb is in front of your penis and your finger(s) are behind it. Apply moderate pressure for about 30 seconds and let your erection subside.




As your penis subsides you should experience the descending levels of 8,7,6,5 and so on. Allow 3-4 minutes of relaxation until you proceed to Step 3.




Step 3) Resume stroking your penis until nearing ejaculation (level 8). Stop at this level, use your index and middle fingers to apply pressure to the PC muscle (this is the area in between your testicles and your anus, you will read more about this muscle later in the section “exercise to better sex”). Apply pressure for about 30 seconds. Make note of your sensations and let your penis subside.




While doing these exercises, you are learning the increasing - decreasing feelings of arousal. With some practice, you will be able to bring yourself to level 7, keep it there or bring it down to 5. You will then be able to take it to level 10 whenever you want to. You-re in complete control.




As your penis subsides you should experience the descending levels of 8,7,6,5 and so on. Allow 3-4 minutes of relaxation until you proceed to Step 3.




Step 4) is final step for Exercise 1. Stroke your penis with a dry hand allowing yourself to go through all the levels. This time do not stop. Feel all the sensations and allow yourself to ejaculate fully.




Exercise 2)

Step 1) Begin this exercise stroking your penis with a dry hand. Relax, and take note of every sensation that occurs in your penis. Continue stroking until you feel close to ejaculation. At this level (level 8) come to a complete stop and release your hand from your penis. Relax, take a few deep breaths and allow your penis to subside.




Remember to notice the sensations of your body while your penis subsides. Allow 3-4 minutes of relaxation until you proceed to Step 2.




Step 2) Begin stoking your penis with a dry hand bringing it to a full erection. As you are bringing your penis to a full erection. Remember to take note as you move from levels 1-4. Are you able to maintain at a level or did you jump to level 7,8 or 9? At the point near ejaculation, stop again. This time gently push your penis forward (toward your balls) and let your penis subside.




As your penis subsides you should experience the descending levels of 8,7,6,5 and so on. Allow 3-4 minutes of relaxation until you proceed to Step 3.




Step 3) Repeat step 1 and step 2 continuously until 20 minutes elapsed. For each step, remember to stop before ejaculation and resting 2 to 3 minutes. If only a few seconds have pass before becoming close to ejaculation in one of the steps. Don-t worry. It does not matter how many times you have to stop and restart! Just stop, take a mental note of the sensations and levels then continue to the next step.




Step 4) When your 20 minutes are up. Go ahead, take your level up to level 10 (orgasm) and let it fly.







Week 2 – This week you are going to step it up a notch. While alternating between the following exercises, use a water-based lubricant. Vaseline is the best but any water-based lubricant will do.







Exercise 3)

Step 1) As always get a real hard erection. At this time, you should have a feel for the sensations that build before ejaculation. Stroke your penis with your lubricated hand. As your levels of arousal esculate change stroking techniques. Switch from the wrap around technique (above) to stimulating only the head of your penis. When close to ejaculation (level 8), quit stimulating your hea and gently applying stimulation to your genitals. Making sure not to hurt them. If this does not decrease your level of arousal come to a complete stop and breathe deeply.




Allow 3-4 minutes of relaxation and proceed to Step 2.




Step 2) Stroke your penis with your lubricated hand. Again, as you feel your arousal escaulate change your stroking technique. This time switch to stimulating only the base of your penis. When close to ejaculation, quit stimulating the base and gently apply stimulation to your balls. Making sure not to hurt them. If this does not decrease your level of arousal come to a complete stop and breathe deeply.




Allow 3-4 minutes of relaxation and proceed to Step 3.




Step 3) With a lubricated hand stroke your penis to full erection. This time when nearing ejaculation do not stop, merely slow down. Then gently pull your testicles away from your body and keep stoking. In most men, pulling the testicles away from the body will help subside the urge to ejaculate. If this does not help reduce the urge to ejaculate, then come to a complete stop. Try to keep the slow stroke going with the testicles pulled for as long as you can.




Allow 3-4 minutes of relaxation and proceed to Step 4




Step 4) Repeat step one, two and three continuously, until 15 minutes have elapsed. For each step, remember to stop before ejaculation and resting for 2 to 3 minutes. If only a few seconds have pass before becoming close to ejaculation in one of the steps. Don-t worry It does not matter how many times you have to stop and restart. Just stop, take a mental note of the sensations and continue to the next step.




When your 20 minutes are up. Go ahead and proceed to orgasm.




Exercise 4 – Exercise 4 is the same as exercise 3 with one important exception. Do not release your hand from your penis. If you feel close to ejaculation – you may stop but do not remove your hand from your penis.




Exercise 5 – Things are going to get tricky with this exercise. This is the time where dedication and perseverance will reap your greatest rewards, long lasting sex. Exercise 5 is exactly like exercise 3 except you cannot stop. You may slow down to a turtle but you cannot stop for an entire 20 minutes. Keep your penis enclosed and keep it in a wet atmosphere. As you can guess this is to stimulate sex.




Well, with the first two weeks of exercises you should have learned to condition your sexual practice. You should have gone from little control; to being able to last at least 20 minutes. You-ve been able to last at least 20 minutes with a dry hand and 20 minutes with a wet, enclosed hand. If you have not successfully completed the exercises or could not keep control for 20 minutes. You will need to go back to the beginning and do both weeks again..




Many men who were successful and did learn to control ejaculation for 20 minutes elected to do the exercises again. You may elect to add an extra 10 minutes to the exercises just to strengthen your new skill.
