Do Kegel exercises for controlling ejaculation work -- what is the right way of doing them, and how often? -

Absolutely!!! What-s recommended is that you start off slowly to build up the PC muscle. Usually squeeze and hold for 3-5 seconds and let got for 10 seconds. Start off with doing sets of 10 reps. Once you feel comfy, you can do more, more often. The ideal time is holding a flex for 15-30 seconds. Try and get it to where you can do 3-5 sets of 15 reps.

My man has noticed a huge change since he started them.

What to do about premature ejaculation? -

Few months ago I had a first serious girlfriend. We decided to have sex...i was really anxious that day, so before sex we had watched a movie, we touched each other and it happened. My penis wasn-t even hard, but i just ejaculated. No sex that evening.
then each time i hung with her, even if we weren-t preparing to make love the same stuff happened. We eventually broke up, and i-m not sure how to look for another girl now... it-s f...d up

Also some info... i-m in early 20s, still a virgin :( , and a bit on the anxious side of things.

anyone have any idea of what to do?
Thanks
That sucks man
I-d cut yourself some slack. Your premature ejaculation is just you being SUPER EXCITED to get close to a girl. You-re a virgin too, so you-re obviously going to be super nervous/excited. Be patient, and try not to be too upset when it happens the first couple round in front of the girl. When you get in a good rhythm, you should be able to perform within a reasonable period. If it still persists for a lot of sessions, work around your biology (masturbate before, go round two, MASTER oral sex, wear a condom.)
well you cant stop pre ejaculation and its not a bad thing either! my boyfriend does it all the time when he gets excited haha. and millions of people do it too...thats why they have a name for it...it just means you get excited really easily..its not big deal
Usually they say you should jack off before you meet someone so you won-t do it as much.
Treatments and drugs
Treatment options for premature ejaculation include sexual therapy, medications and psychotherapy. For many men, a combination of these treatments works best.

Sexual therapy
In some cases, sexual therapy may involve simple steps such as masturbating an hour or two before intercourse so that you-re able to delay ejaculation during sex. Your doctor may also recommend avoiding intercourse for a period of time and focusing on other types of sexual play so that pressure is removed from your sexual encounters.

The squeeze technique
Your doctor may instruct you and your partner in the use of a method called the squeeze technique. This method works as follows:

Step 1. Begin sexual activity as usual, including stimulation of the penis, until you feel almost ready to ejaculate.
Step 2. Have your partner squeeze the end of your penis, at the point where the head (glans) joins the shaft, and maintain the squeeze for several seconds, until the urge to ejaculate passes.
Step 3. After the squeeze is released, wait for about 30 seconds, then go back to foreplay. You may notice that squeezing the penis causes it to become less erect, but when sexual stimulation is resumed, it soon regains full erection.
Step 4. If you again feel you-re about to ejaculate, have your partner repeat the squeeze process.
By repeating this as many times as necessary, you can reach the point of entering your partner without ejaculating. After a few practice sessions, the feeling of knowing how to delay ejaculation may become a habit that no longer requires the squeeze technique.

Medications
Certain antidepressants and topical anesthetic creams are used to treat premature ejaculation. Although none of these drugs are specifically approved by the Food and Drug Administration to treat premature ejaculation, some treatment guidelines recommend their use for this purpose. You may need to try different medications or doses before you and your doctor find a treatment that works for you.

Antidepressants
A side effect of certain antidepressants is delayed orgasm. Doctors suggest men who have premature ejaculation can take antidepressants to benefit from this specific side effect.

Your doctor may prescribe one of several selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) such as sertraline (Zoloft), paroxetine (Paxil) or fluoxetine (Prozac) to help delay ejaculation.
If the timing of your ejaculation doesn-t improve, your doctor may prescribe the tricyclic antidepressant clomipramine (Anafranil), which also has been shown to benefit men with this disorder.
You may not need to take these medications every day to prevent premature ejaculation. Taking a low dose several hours before you plan to have sexual intercourse may be enough to improve your symptoms.
Other side effects of these antidepressants can include nausea, dry mouth, drowsiness and decreased libido.

Topical anesthetic creams
Topical anesthetic creams containing lidocaine or prilocaine dull the sensation on the penis to help delay ejaculation. Applied a short time before intercourse, these creams are wiped off when your penis has lost enough sensation to help you delay ejaculation.

Some men using topical anesthetic creams report reduced sexual pleasure because of lessened sensitivity. Although the cream is wiped off before intercourse, in some studies female partners reported that it also reduced their genital sensitivity and sexual pleasure. In rare cases lidocaine or prilocaine can cause an allergic reaction.

Psychotherapy
This approach, also known as counseling or talk therapy, involves talking about your relationships and experiences with a mental health professional. These talk sessions can help you reduce performance anxiety or find effective ways of coping with stress and solving problems. For many couples affected by premature ejaculation, talking with a therapist together may produce the best results.

Painful Ejaculation (too much semen)? -

Painful Ejaculation (too much semen)? -

I called myself trying to -train- myself to have longer erections. One night I masturbated for 3hrs without ejaculating or having an orgasm; it much concentration, but I lasted for 3hrs straight.

Thing is, at the 3hr mark, I got an excruciating pain in my testicles. So much so I decided to just stop, figuring my testicles were just exhausted.

Continuing my -training- the next night, I was only able to last just under 2hrs before I got the sharp, excruciating pains again. I decided to ejaculate this time, and although it was pleasurable for a short moment, the pleasure was quickly overtaken by an even worse pain. So much so I was barely able to walk. Another thing is that although my ejaculations usually shoot off pretty far, this time it just oozed out; albeit with far more semen than I have ever ejaculated in my life.

Is this something I should be concerned about, or should I just abstain from a 5hr buildup of semen?
Your balls are your friends, why are you being so mean to them?
I think you need to find a hobby, but to answer your question, if your doing this -training- for girls pleasure you should practice finishing and seeing how long it takes you to get it back together, a girl doesnt want to go that long straight, but you can take a break and go at it again. Also most of my girlfriends would like the guy to finish eventually around when they do. We get tired! So stop hurting yourself for no good reason!
OMG! 3 hours. Why? A girl would not want, or expect, you to last that long. That-s just crazy. She-d be hurting too. And she-d probably be getting a little bored. After 15 or 20 minutes she-d probably start counting ceiling tiles. After a half hour she-d probably fall asleep or grab a book to read. Any longer than that and her self-esteem will plummet and she-ll start questioning her own attractiveness and vaginal abilities, AND she-ll never have sex with you again. Is that what you want, really? I don-t think so. :-)
your balls are not a punchbag. that-s the issue here.
not true... lol.. i like long sex.... haha.. but if you hurt sweety relax!!!
I guess when you are about to ***, you hold and the sperm get back downwards to where? After three hours the place where the sperm are collected got so full that it begins to hurt so badly that you can barely walk. I can say you are crazy to do such a practice. You aren-t training yourself to be anybody great, except hurting yourself, there might be damaged parts incurred. So in the end when you are about to ejaculate, there is no more sperm to ejaculate because all the while they are forced to drained down somewhere causing that somewhere to bulge with pain. You better stop this kind of crazy practice immediately.
