Honestly, once a males penis enters the vagina, on average it only takes 3 minutes before he reaches orgasm. So technically, if you make it 3 minutes, it-s not premature. But if you want to go long than you currantly can, don-t take medacine. Just practice. Lots of sex and be patient. Don-t go past -The point of no return-. If you get to that point, just stop and calm down. This is the same for masturbation, once you get to the point of ejaculation, just stop. Do this multiple times and you will be amazed at the results.
