I used to have exactly the same problem as you, all you need to do is relax (don- tense up when your about to come), try to make ur masturbating last as long as possible, and when ur ready -push- hard with those muscles that make ur -come- come out, and remember relax, you wont shoot if ur all tense in the downstairs region. btw don-t press or squeeze anything, that wont do anything except maybe hurt.
