You can use some anti-anxiety medications, but you have not to take them before sex, otherwise you will not be able to support your erection. You can get medication. I-ve been taking an anti depressant for my premature ejaculation, (not for depression) and it has helped a lot. I-m still not where I-d like to be, which is complete control but at least I can last longer than a minute or 2.
