No semen during ejaculation? -
male 31,i masturbated while in shower and noticed nothing came out even when i reach orgasm,my question is whether i never notice the thing coming out or actulally nothing came out,if so,what is the problem with me?and i think this is the first time happened to me,am worried...its not ejaculation w.o semen.

Well first ask yourself a couple questions:
1. Have you started taking any new medications?
2. Has this problem started recently?
3. Does this happen all the time? Or only at certain times?
4. If it only happens at certain times, try and figure if you are doing anything different that might be causing this to happen.
You are having what is called a retrograde ejaculation. Basically when you orgasm the semen goes in reverse and up into your bladder instead of out your urethra.
The problem is relatively rare and can happen as a result of taking certain medications (ie Tamsulosin) and some antidepressants or from coming off of certain medications as well. The other major reason for this problem is basically (to explain it loosely) a malfunction between the bladder and the prostate gland. If the problem is persistant it needs to be corrected through basic surgery.
One way to look at a retrograde ejaculation, is sort of like a hic-up in your prostate. Since this was the first time I would say just keep an eye on it. It could be an indication of prostate issues. But since you are 31 (still pretty young) that would be unlikely. Most likely it was just a freak event. Or will only last for a short while. But if in two weeks the problem persists, consult a urologist for further advice
sometimes it doesnt happen but maybe the water ran it off quikly
