Premature Ejaculation.... help? -
I-m a 28m that cannot shake the PE! Usually I only last under 5 mins. It-s extremely frustrating for me and especially my wife. Once out of a dozen times we are intimate is she able to climax. I feel horrible and ashamed. Some have said that this problem goes away with time or age but I-m not sure my wife is willing to wait any longer.
Advice anyone, please? Before I lose her.
Aw i am sorry to hear that, it must be very difficult for you both.
But dont stress or let yourself get too down, I think you should visit your doctor (GP) and ask for some advice, they have some great treatments now days (medical and natural) and it is definately worth talking about and getting an idea of your options.
Do not be embarresed your wife loves you for you... but dont wait for it to -go away- seek advice.

I agree. You should see a doctor for advice. You shouldn-t be embarrassed about it, since you can-t control it and you-re taking action to do something about it. I also agree that you should mix it up in the bedroom so your wife can have pleasure without intercourse. Add sex toys and/or oral sex before intercourse to increase the time she is being pleasured.
I-m sorry that this is a problem between you and your wife, but I can-t help feeling that she-s not very supportive if she-s considering leaving you b/c you can-t make her climax every single night. That-s just my own two cents.
One thing which you can do is to take matters into your own hands earlier that day, it-ll make it harder for you to finish that night. Another thing is to make sure you-ve got a couple tricks up your sleeve to make sure she reaches climax without sex (oral, fingers, etc.). Now you need to address the root of the problem. Is this something you-re obsessing about? Your mind can do crazy things to your body. Are you stressed? Unhealthy? Good cardiovascular health is direcly linked to sexual performance. How in touch are you with your own body? How far from finishing can you be and know its coming? Can you identify this feeling, then slow things down until you calm down?
If it comes to it, don-t be embarrassed to talk to a doctor, this is not an uncommon problem.
Well if you are about to lose her. You should Masturbate every day and it should regulate, the more you masturbate the longer it will take to ejaculate, but give it a week to start taking effect so to speak. masturbate about twice a day if u can, if not 1 is ok i guess, ive got mine to half an hour, so keep going. hope this helped.
Don-t be too concerned with that. I am sure that premature ejaculation make your wife very flattered because it means that she made you very excited and that she made you ejaculate really fast. But just don-t do that many times because it might mean presence of psychological disorders.
Actually, your mental state plays a large part in this. If you think you are not going to do well, you don-t. If you are this frustrated, you need to seek professional help, not us amateurs here! Start with a visit to your Urologist. He will probably try some anti-depressants because they have a side effect of making men last longer. He may also refer you to a Psychologist if he can-t find anything organic.
