Premature Ejaculation treatment depends upon its severity.
Broadly the PE is graded into 3 categories
FIrst Mild PE If you are ejaculating above 5 minutes or simply want to increase your stay up time in sex then you can practice Start Stop technique or if you want better results then Screw Technique
Secondly Moderate PE If your ejaculation time is between 1-5 minutes then we need to study the signs of anxiety or depression. Here few medicines are provided for a short term and special training is provided to the patient so that he can last as long as he wish
Lastly Severe PE This stage is characterised by involunatry ejaculation and fialure of all the self help techniques. At this stage anxiety is high and there is lot of negativity in the behavior of patient. This stage must be handled very carefully. This stage requires combination of medicines , training and counselling so that he can recover completely
