1. As you do it quick, the pressure is higher, longer distance you target and quicker the pleasure is.
2. the longer the pleasure is, the pressure is released gradually, the semen is released not so speedy

Not for me. It shoots out regardless of whether I take my time or not. But certainly, aiming for orgasm w.o ejaculating is a bit of an art form. Takes lots of practise.
The longer you stimulate yourself the more intense your orgasm may be. If that means you shoot further and moan and grunt louder, then enjoy!
