Is there help out there for men with this problem, or is it pretty much just learning self control?
It is pretty much just self control - The easiest way to deal with this is: when masturbating stop JUST BEFORE ejaculation, keep doing this four or five times! This will then soon sort it-s self out!
If a man hasnt -came- in a while, then it will be quick.....make sure he is not going -too long- without it......he will last longer the more he has it................and I am a woman saying this!

A bit of self control is requires, as well as experience. The more experience they-ve had in that sexual act, the longer they can last in doing that sexual act. So, just practice, practice, practice.
You are just to fine girlfriend. It-s not your fault guys have this problem. The second one always lasts longer, so ask them to -handle- the first one themselves
well it is about control the first time I was with my fiance he hadn-t had sex for years before me but he lasted a nice long time but he has more control over himself than any other person I know
