I-m 16 Male ,Okay so whenever I-m sexually aroused I masturbate and my time lasts only about 2-3minutes sometimes even less. Will that be my time in bed during sex? Are there any methods of lasting longer...because Im rather worried.

Last question Is it a bad practice to masturbate whilst watching porn? because that also might be a factor to why i ejaculate early.

Orgasms are all mental. It-s completely in your head. So masturbate all you want - what you really need to do is develop mind control. When you feel like you-re close to coming, think about something entirely unrelated to sex. Think about food, TV, anything to get your mind off sex. From personal experience, i think watching porn plays a part in how early you ejaculate. If you do practice stopping and starting (as the first answerer said) i think it would be a good way to practice lasting longer. in time your sperm + semen production will increase. the clear fluid is just some seminal fluid, with some sperm. in time your semen will become whiter, and you-ll have more sperm.
