Ejaculation problems? -
sometimes when i ejaculate there are these jelly like substances in my semen and at the exact moment i ejaculate when the semen is coming out it kind of hurts, just like when you are trying to swollow somehting too big down your throat, kind of hurts the inside tubing of my penis. it doesnt happen everytime just sometimes. is this a serious problem?-
What it indicates is that your not actually ready to ejaculate yet.
Pre-ejaculate secretions are supposed to lubricate the inside of the urethra (the tube bit you are referring to), and it is generated by the seminal vesicles. You should try more foreplay or take it slower so that you generate pre-ejaculate. It-s generally a clear secretion that is a little goopy and you can form trails with it. It is the equivalent of getting a girl -wet- before sex, otherwise penetration would hurt and tear.
