Im a 51 y/o male experiencing dry ejaculations for about 18 months can anyone make a suggestion for help? -
I-ve been to a Uralogist and he said that most likely there is a small blockage causing it. He said there was nothing that could be done. I-m looking for helpful suggestions or for others that have had this problem. Thanks.Some people enjoy dry orgasms. Also, it is possible that the semen is being redirected into the bladder.

I agree with Simon Legree. It is possible you are experiencing -retrograde ejaculation- which is a condition where the ejaculation is redirected into the bladder. You should seek a second opinion from a different urologist.
