before 6-7 years i am getting hard erection. but now normally i don-t get har erection.

yes, this is something she should know and she will understand. then go to the doctor and explain your situation and im sure she would even go with you for support since this is an area that will be uncomfortable talking about to a stranger.
I would have thought that the subject had arisen before now . You are a very unusual couple who are not having sex regularly before mariage . Just realise that you cannot have an erection to order and that you do need a little coaxing from your partner . I think you wil have to fantasise a little during your early marriage .
