I don-t think you can control it. You can spare yourself from embarrassment by containing the semen with something absorbent so that your pants won-t get wet.
You can get -male guards- (i.e. Depend Guards for Men, Tena for Men) which are incontinence pads designed to fit the male anatomy. They are placed in the front of close fitting underwear. They will absorb the semen so that your pants stay dry. The guards are very discreet so the chances that others will find out that you are wearing one are very slim.
The Depend guards have a rated absorbency of 340 mL, and the Tena guards have a capacity of 120 mL so one guard should last you a day.
If you don-t have access to male guards, you can also try putting a small towel in your underwear to absorb the semen but a towel is less absorbent and less comfortable.

Practice. The only way to control it is masturbation and kegal exercises. The p.c. muscle is located between your balls and your *** hole. next time you pee, stop mid flow and feel the muscle your using to do this, then remember it. when your not peeing, squeeze this muscle for one second and leave go for 5, repeat this ten or so times, after a week increase the amount of times you do this or the length of time you hold for.
after a few weeks, when you masturbate, try to keep going as you come, once your reach the point where you think your going to come, stop and squeeze hard. you-ll still probably come the first or second time, but later you should be able to stop and be free to go again, i would imagine this should help your other problem.
you could also try looking at porn. get yourself desensitized to the whole thing, and hey, while your lookin you might as well practice!
