Yes, for it flushes the system of any excess or remainder semenabsolutely. during any form of masturbation/sex etc...the male mind is completely taken over during (and almost always for some time before as well) you are in the act. It is easy to turn off a secondary action (urination) when something that is more important in your mind at the moment is present(ejaculating). After ejaculation you obviously no longer are thinking about that and thus your next bodily priority rushes to the forefront of your inner to-do list...hence the urination after ejaculating. I wouldn-t worry about it at all.
