When i ejaculation 4 month ago my nut always hurt after it is. Now it like when i ejaculation i complete fine and nut and never hurt. I ejaculation for 1 years already. Could that be you lost all your sperm
not at all! it-s a natural process as you ejaculate than again sperm produces it never finishes unless you ejaculate more then thrice a day.
