How can I control (fix) premature ejaculation? -
I understand that sometimes it gets so intense that it-s hard to keep it in, but if you slow down or stop right before ejaculating it tends to slow the process down.
There-s nothing premature about ejaculation.

3.go to sleep
slow it down with a pinch just under the head for about 3 seconds

Train yourself. Practice. Learn to hold it and release it on your own instead of letting it go crazy and going when it wants.

I was reading about it this morning, and basically they say that the technique required has to do with learning to stop before the -point of no return-, but then the problem is that how do you get your partener to stop? it just so happens that right before you get to that point seems to be the most pleasurable to her and she hates stoping in the middle of it, but if you don-t stop, it-s all over. Anyway, I tried some of the techniques but the main thing is that the female has to be part of the solution as well.
I will type up a couple of paragraphs from the book I-m reading when I get a chance.
