Question about premature ejaculation? -
My fiance used to be able to have sex for long periods of time. Now, it seems like he ejaculates about a minute into sex. Whether we have foreplay or not makes no difference in how long he lasts. Stopping when he is getting close doesn-t seem to help either. Also, if we have sex a second time he either cant *** or loses his erection in the middle. We have tried different positions and nothing seems to help. Does anybody know any tips to prevent this or reason why this is happening?

What has changed in his life since this started? This could be what is causing this. Stress, nerves, etc. If this is the problem, try and help him fix it. I-d say take care of him before stating intercourse but if he has problem in the middle then all you can do is see ifhis job or something is bothering him.
Seems like he may need to see a doctor for that cuz its going to more likely keep happening until he get it corrected...tell him to relax and not get to excited and to penetrate deep and dont go to fast.
You have tried different positions which is good... that sometimes helps.
He could try wearing a condom to reduce his sensitivity a little.
make it more dry for him. That way it will chafe him a little bit and he won-t get as easily aroused. Plus it feels great when you actually reach the climax this way.
