i ejaculate after 1 minute of my full erction ........how can i increse my ejaculation time..........? as a result of it i cannot enjoy mustarbation and sex .......i m 24.........please help me.........also tell me that why my ejaculation time is decreasing with my increasing age?edging, dude! its all about bringing yourself to the brink then stopping, you have to find that point that tips you over the edge and stop before that. takes practice but when you edge for a while when you finally ejaculate omfg! try it!
There-s a great technique which works very well and requires no gadgets or equipment:
The glans (head) of your penis will swell and expand considerably just before ejaculation; You can usually feel the onset of an impending orgasn to ejaculation so when you get those signals, simple stop withdraw your penis from your sex partner or stop masburbation and then gently squeeze the head of your penis with your thumb and index finger. This pushes blood out of the glans or head of your penis and momentarily desensitizes the head of your penis. Now you have another 5 or so minuters, perhaps more before the onset of another urge to ejaculate. This technique can be repeated several times without any harm but caution is always best to limit this technique to only 3 or so times before you allow yourself to actually ejaculate.
There are anaesthetic creams you can get which increase the time before you ejaculate - try using a condom and the cream in combo - another more drastic option is to be circumcised - have a chat to a doc in the student health centre - a more common problem than a lot think
Masturbate just until you feel ready to come, and then give it around 5 mins and repeat - do that for as long as you want and it-ll increase your time
