09, very risky especially if you are clumsy, I always end up hitting myself in the chin.
it actually helps you produce more sperm.... me and my husband are trying to concieve, and due to the fact that he already did one tour in iraq, he did a lot of research.... you can only imagine... lol it won-t hurt anything, but if you do it to much it will cause pain to you....
