Which Medicine is better for premature ejaculation? My wife is thinking to leave me....? -
1) Paxil
2) Prozac
3) Clonil --- Anafril
I know these are depression medicines but they also cure PE. any idea which one is better. If i did not cure it, my wife will leave me.

I have used paxil for years. It is great and I have reccommended it to friends that have had the same results. Just watch the dose because it takes a couple weeks to kick in. 10mg seems not quite enough while 20mg is almost a little too much, especially if you masturbate. I have found taking 15mg (a 10 and then breaking one in half) gives me the best of both worlds. It delays enough to enjoy your sex life again and also lets you still enjoy your own private time. I have never tried prozac and anafril has way too many side effects. I have never considered myself depressed or shy but after taking paxil for an extended time I seemed a lot more outgoing. No complaints here. Good luck.
i would advise you to practice masterbating and try and control the urge before you premature ejaculate nowadays there quite helpful teckniqs out there that can help you just keep practising and keep inmind that this can happen to any one i mean man or women because have have you heard of the female ejaculation if you have not well look it up you will find that some women can-t control there urge to - SQUIRT - some can such as many female pornstars Tiana Lynn, Cytherea, Flower Tucci, and Angela Stone.
you have to realize the loss of sensation these meds sometimes cause is a side-effect, so it doesn always happen. you may not experience it. make sure your doctor knows why you are taking it, so you two can work together on getting the dose that works for you. the namebrand isnt important.
you have to realize it is a trade-off at best. these meds work by making you numb. yeah, you can last longer, sometimes too long. some men cannot ejaculate on them. also when you do, you can-t feel it, so the pleasure you get is really reduced.
better would be to work together to come up with solutions. if longer intercourse is a must, you two might consider a strap-on to help. you could go as long as she wanted with that sucker. you could either take care of yours before or after with however long it takes. there are options. honestly, any woman that would leave over this isnt worth your time, but that-s on you.
Dear As per my clinical experience these medicines nevere work in isolation. These are SSRI and are prescribed in compound threapy but they never work as such esp in PE cases.
In severe cases we prefer to use the 3 way approach. Along with specific PE medicines its essential to train the patient to control his hypersensitivity. For this we use Screw technique. In the compound approach Psychological counselling is also necessary to relieve PE forever.

Ask your local pharmacist and also try to do the PC muscle exercise; u know the muscles of the pelvic floor. You-d see results in a month if you do them properly. As for your wife leavng you only cos of sex, well i think she-s a..... Just google kegals.

I agree with some of the other posts, If your wife only wants you for sex, then either both of you attend a marriage counselor or let her leave...if sh e does leave, she may return if she really loves you...
Damn that sucks! None of them will really help much, though.
