Not unusual at all, if you have been horny you may have some pre-ejac in the pipes so when you pee it will show up during the pee or at the end as a drippy syrup, also after having sex may have some flow or drip out for a couple of hours afterwards even if you pee a couple of times.

I don-t see why it would be abnormal. When you urinate it will stimulate the nerves in the glans. If you are really concerned, you should be able to get a medical answer from a urologist.
