We must periodically release the build up sperm. If one is not masterbating at all we will release sperm in what is commonly referred to as a wet dream. Sperm must be eliminated periodically to clear out old dead sperm and to make way for newer more virile sperm. I have another bit of info for you. There is a way to inejaculate. by this I mean a method by which the sperm does not get released but the seminal fluid which is high in protein and yang energy will be channeled into the blood stream and one will feel a sense of rejuvination and energy. This will also allow one to experience multiple orgasms and be up and ready to go again without the usual spent feeling and then waiting on time to recover the loss of yang energy.
